4 Green Bell Peppers0.5 Pound Ground Turkey0.5 Pound Sausage0.25 Cup Red Onion0.5 Cup Mushrooms1.5 Cup Mozzarella1 Can Tomato Paste1 Package Long Grain And Wild Rice2 Splashes Beef BrothPreheat oven to 300 degrees. Heat a greased pan and sauté onion till browned. Add ground turkey and sausage on medium-high heat and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Drain grease from pan. Stir in rice, mushrooms, tomato paste and add 2 splashes of broth or water and stir to combine. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool slightly. Stuff peppers with meat mixture about half way full and top with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Place reaming meat mixture in each pepper and top with remaining cheese. Arrange bell peppers in a baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
