Bacon MeatloafPT1H15M Serves 8 Ingredients: 1 Pound Ground Beef 1 Pound Bacon 14 Ounces Fire Roasted Tomatoes 1 Red Onion 1 Bell Pepper 3 Cloves Garlic 2 Eggs 2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano 1 Cup Almond Flour 0.5 Teaspoon Sea Salt 0 To Taste Pepper Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and with your clean hands, mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a loaf pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until done completely. Remove from oven and keep aside for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Cut into desired slices and serve.
