Stir in apricots, currants, broth plus 8 ounces of water, cinnamon sticks and salt and bring to a boil. Stir in couscous and again bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside, covered for about 5 minutes. Discard cinnamon sticks. Stir in cilantro and serve.
