1 (8-Inch) Soft Taco-Size Flour Tortilla0.33 Cup Shredded Havarti Cheese2 Tablespoons Pecans2 Tablespoons Pear PreservesArrange tortilla on a smooth surface. Place cheese over 1 side of tortilla and top with pecans. Carefully, fold in half over filling. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat and cook quesadilla for about 2 minutes per side. Remove from heat and transfer quesadilla onto a cutting board. Cut into desired sized wedges and serve alongside pear preserves.
