Bourbon & Salted Caramel Popcorn Recipe | PT1H Serves 6 Ingredients: 6 Cups Popped Popcorn 6 Tablespoons Butter 0.33 Cup Dark Brown Sugar 3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup 0.25 Teaspoon Salt 1 Vanilla Bean 4 Tablespoons Bourbon Preheat your oven to 300 degrees. Grease a large cookie sheet with a cooking spray. Heat butter, molasses, sugar, salt and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil and cook for five minutes. Turn the heat off and stir in vanilla and bourbon. Add popcorn to a large bowl and pour the vanilla mixture over the popcorns. Stir to combine well and, spread an even layer on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle salt on top and bake for 35 minutes. Stirring at least once during the baking time. Allow to cool for 15 minutes and serve.
