Beef & Vegetable SoupPT10H15M Serves 8 Ingredients: 1 Pound Flank Steak 1 Medium Onion 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 5 Medium Carrots 3 Cups Cabbage 4 Medium Red Potatoes 2 Stalks Celery 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes 2 Cans Beef Broth 1 Can Condensed Tomato Soup 1 Tablespoon Sugar 2 Teaspoons Italian Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes Cut flank steak into 1 inch cubes. In a large skillet, brown steak and onion in oil, then drain and place into a 5-qt. slow cooker. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender.
