2 Tablespoons Butter2 Cloves Garlic4 Cans Condensed Cream Of Potato Soup2 Cans Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup8 Ounces Cream Cheese4 Cups Milk1 Pound Hailbut1 Cup Corn1 Cup Carrots0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne PepperIn a Dutch oven, melt butter and sauté onions for about 4-5 minutes then add garlic and sauté for another minute. Add the soups, cream cheese and milk. Cook, stirring continuously for about 2-3 minutes or till cheese is melted.
Bring to a boil and stir in the fish, corn and carrots. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for about 5-10 minutes or until desired doneness.
Stir in cayenne pepper and serve hot.
