2.2 Pounds Chicken Fillets5 Tablespoons Amina’s Butter Chicken Mix1 Tablespoon Coriander Seeds1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds1 Cup Fresh Cream4 Tablespoons Sour Milk1 Onion0.5 Tablespoon Turmeric4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste0.25 Cup Butter0 Fresh CilantroIn a bowl, add sour milk, masala mix and spices and mix till well combined. Add chicken pieces and coat with mixture generously. Refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté chicken till tender.
