Cover the pan partially and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook, covered completely for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat and keep aside, covered for about 15 minutes. Drain water from pan and rinse eggs under cold running water for about 5 minutes. Remove water, leaving eggs in the pan. Shake the pan vigorously causing the eggs to bump together and crack the shells. Peel eggs under cold running water. With paper towels, pat dry peeled eggs. Carefully, cut eggs in half lengthwise. Place egg whites onto a plate. In a small bowl, add egg yolks with a fork, mash them. Add mustard, relish, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix till well combined. Place egg yolk mixture into a piping bag, fitted with a large star tip. Pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and refrigerate before serving.
