3 Pounds Chicken Breasts2 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic0.5 Teaspoon Powdered Ginger0.5 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1 Cup Pomegranate Juice1 Lime2 Tablespoons Quality Soy Sauce2 Tablespoons Organic Maple Syrup0.5 Cup Pomegranate SeedsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees. For Sauce: In a small bowl, add maple syrup, soy sauce, pomegranate juice and lime juice and beat till well combined. In a large baking dish, arrange chicken breasts in a single layer and drizzle with olive oil. Place garlic slices and sprinkle with ginger and cinnamon. Top with sauce evenly.Bake for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside for about 5 minutes. Transfer chicken to a serving platter and drizzle with the pan juices.
