1 Red Bell Pepper1 Cup Red Wine24 Ounce Pasta Sauce1.5 Teaspoon Paprika12 Ounce Turkey MeatballsGrease a medium pan with garlic-flavored cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add bell pepper and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add red wine and cook for about 1 minute. Add pasta sauce and smoked paprika and stir to combine. Stir in meatballs and simmer, covered for about 10 minutes or till meatballs are heated completely, stirring occasionally. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
