10.5 Ounce Chocolate1.33 Cups Olive Oil8 Eggs1.25 Cups Granulated Sugar2 Tablespoons Brandy1 Pinch SaltIn a bowl, add egg whites and half of sugar and beat till well combined. In another bowl, add egg yolks and remaining sugar and beat well. Slowly, add oil into yolk mixture, beating continuously till well combined. Add brandy, chocolate and salt and stir to combine. Fold in egg whites.Divide mousse into serving bowls. With plastic wraps, cover bowls and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
