0.25 cup Butter0 To Taste Salt And Pepper2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese0.25 cup Romana Cheese0.33 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes0.5 cup Fresh Mushrooms1 Ounce Grilled Chicken1 Small Jar Artichoke HeartsIn a pan, melt ¼ cup butter. Add 1 pint of cream, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately fold in cayenne pepper and both cheeses. Keep aside.
In a large skillet, melt remaining butter on medium heat. Add sundried tomatoes and mushrooms and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add chicken and artichokes and stir for about 1 minute. Add remaining heavy cream and ½ of the sauce and stir for about 1-2 minutes. Add cooked pasta and remaining sauce and gently, stir to combine for about 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
