3 Tablespoons Butter3 Tablespoons All-Purpose Flour2 Large White Onions4 Large Stalks Of Celery2 Large Carrots4 Medium Yukon Gold Potatoes0.75 Pound Dinousar Kale3 Cups Chicken Stock0.25 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram2 Fresh Bay Leaves2 Pounds Turkey Breast0.75 Tablespoon Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperMelt the butter in a large Dutch oven over medium high heat. Saute the diced onions until tender, stir in sliced carrots and diced celery hearts and continue to saute for another 5 minutes. Stir in the all-purpose flour and diced potatoes to the vegetable mixture and combine well. Stir in the chicken stock with the chopped turkey breast and stir to combine well. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram and bay leaves. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 40 mintues.Stir in the chopped kale and continue to simmer for 10 minutes. Check and adjust the seasoning as needed. Serve with crusty bread and sweet butter.
