2 Cups Pigeon Peas6 Cups Water1 Teaspoon Coconut Oil6 Cloves Garlic3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste1 Can Coconut Milk1 Tablespoon Paprika0.5 Tablespoon Salt1 Cup Basmati RiceBring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add pigeon peas and cook for about 1 hour until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until tender. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
