Ingredients:
1.5 Cups Fermented Bean Flour1 Teaspoon Salt1 Tablespoon Grape Seed Oil1 Cup Coconut Milk0 To Taste Cumin Seeds0 To Taste Fennel SeedsIn a bowl, mix together flour, salt and oil. Slowly add coconut milk and mix till an elastic dough forms. Cover with a plastic wrap tightly and keep aside for few hours.
Make 5 equal sized balls of dough (add cumin or fennel seeds in each ball). Place each ball on lightly floured surface and roll till flat.
Heat a nonstick frying pan on high heat and cook the bread for about 1-2 minutes per side.
