Line a sheet pan with silpat or sheet of parchment paper and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a stand mixer, combine the sugar & oil and mix until blended. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool. Use a serrated knife to cut each half into 1/2 -inch slices. Arrange the biscotti cut side down on the sheet pan. Bake until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Transfer biscotti to wire rack to cool. Store in a sealed container.
