1 Large Bunch Fresh Kale3 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.75 Teaspoon Salt0.75 Teaspoon Nutritional Yeast0.25 Teaspoon Cayenne PepperPreheat oven to 325 degrees.Remove kale leaves from the stalk and veins. Wash the kale leaves and dry them well by gently rolling the leaves in a clean dish towel.Toss leaves with olive oil, salt, nutritional yeast and/ or cayenne pepper (or seasoning of your choosing), in a large bowl with the other ingredients.Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread the kale on the paper in a single layer. Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are crisp but not beginning to burn.
