Cook until sugar melts completely and turns into a golden brown color. Remove from heat and spread on the bottom of a medium casserole dish. Set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, add eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cinnamon, & salt. Whisk until blended well. Pour egg mixture into the casserole dish over the caramel layer.
