Ingredients:
1.5 Tablespoons Water2 Cups Sugar10 Large Eggs14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk12 Ounces Evaporated Milk1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract0.125 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon0.25 Teaspoon SaltIn a saucepan over medium-high heat, add water & sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Cook until sugar melts completely and turns into a golden brown color. Remove from heat and spread on the bottom of a medium casserole dish. Set aside to cool.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, add eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cinnamon, & salt. Whisk until blended well. Pour egg mixture into the casserole dish over the caramel layer.Cover dish with a sheet of aluminum foil & arrange in the middle of a large roasting pan. Add enough boiling water to the roasting pan until it reaches halfway up the sides of the casserole dish.Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 1 hour. Remove from heat and transfer to a wire rack to cool for about 30 minutes. Carefully invert flan onto a serving platter. Cover platter with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight to completely chill.
