Bake for about 1 hour or till a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from heat and keep onto a wire rack to cool for about 30 minutes. Carefully invert flan onto a serving dish. With a piece of foil, cover the dish and refrigerate overnight until chilled completely.
