4 Cups Fresh Strawberries2 Teaspoons Sugar2 Teaspoons Cranberry Juice2 Cups Whipping Cream1 Package Meringue CookiesIn a bowl, add strawberries, cranberry juice and toss to coat well. Keep aside. Meanwhile, in a chilled glass bowl, add whipping cream and beat until soft peaks form. Gently, fold crumble meringue cookies into whipped cream. Now, gently fold in about half of strawberry mixture into whipped cream mixture.Divide whipped cream mixture into 4 dessert glasses evenly and serve with the topping of remaining strawberry mixture.
