1 Cup Dark Chocolate0.5 Cup Butter6 Egg Yolks1 Tablespoon Light Muscovado Sugar3 Tablespoons Cold Espresso1 Teaspoon Dark Rum7 Egg Whites1 Pinch Salt0.5 Cup Almonds2 Tablespoons Cocoa PowderPreheat the oven to 350 degrees.
