1 Pound Tri-Coloured Twist Pasta2 Cups Creamy Italian Salad Dressing1 Teaspoon Dried Dill1.5 Pounds Marinated Artichoke Hearts0.75 Pound Small Shrimp0.25 Cup Marinated Black Olives1 Quart Cold Water1 Cup Ice BathCook the pasta until al dente, drain and rinse under cold tap water. Set aside. Meanwhile, prepare an ice bath by combining the quart of water and ice in a large bowl.Arrange a steamer basket inside a large saucepan, and steam the shrimp for 3-4 minutes, or until pink. Shock the steamed shrimp in the prepared ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain, and dry the shrimp in a clean kitchen towel. Roughly chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces.Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and toss until well incorporated. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
