3-Bean Baked BeansPT1H35M Serves 6 Ingredients: 4 Bacon Slices 1 Medium Yellow Onion 0.75 Cup Packed Brown Sugar 8 Ounces Tomato Sauce 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 Teaspoon Horseradish 2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard 1 Teaspoon Hot Sauce 1 Teaspoon Salt 0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper 30 Ounces Pinto Beans 15 Ounces Red Beans 15 Ounces Black Beans Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon for about 3 minutes. Stir in onion and cook until bacon is crisp, stirring occasionally. Add horseradish, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce, brown sugar, salt and black pepper and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring continuously. In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, combine all beans and bacon mixture and stir to well. Bake for 25 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees, and bake another 35 minutes.
