Ingredients:
2 Pounds ButterIn a large nonstick pan, melt butter over lowest heat. Increase heat slightly once melted and cook for about 1 hour, without stirring. (Be careful you don’t want to scorch it). Do Not Stir at all. With a slotted spoon, carefully skim off any remaining floating milk solids, the rest would fall to the bottom. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Through a triple thickness of cheesecloth, strain into a heatproof jar. Cover tightly and place in a cool place.
