1 Cup All Purpose Flour2 Cups Granulated Sugar1.5 Teaspoons Baking Powder1.5 Teaspoons Baking Soda4 Tablespoons Cocoa1 Cup Miracle Whip1 Cup Water3 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract0.25 Cup Cocoa0.25 Cup Milk0.25 Cup ButterPreheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, 1 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Stir in water. Then add vanilla and Miracle whip and stir to combine. Pour batter into a Pyrex dish or a shallow loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool once baked. For the Frosting: combine butter, milk ¼ cup cocoa and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan. Boil on medium heat until creamy. Spread on cooled cake.
