3 Large Egg Whites0.75 Cup Confectioners Sugar0.5 Cup All-Purpose Flour6 Tablespoons Butter0.5 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract0.25 Teaspoon SaltPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a large baking sheet.In a large bowl, add egg whites, flour and confectioners' sugar and with a wire whisk, beat until well combined. Add melted butter, vanilla extract and salt and beat well.With 1 heaping tablespoon, place 2 balls onto prepared baking sheet about 4-inch apart. With a narrow metal spatula, press each ball into 4-inch rounds. Bake for about 5-7 minutes.Take 2 glasses of approximately 2-inch diameter base and place on a smooth surface upside down. Lift one hot cookie at a time with a spatula and quickly place over the upside down glass base to resemble like an open tulip. Repeat with remaining cookie. Keep cookies on a wire rack for about 15 minutes.Arrange tulipes onto dessert plates. Stuff each tulipe with ice cream or sorbet and serve.
