Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons White Onion4 Limes2 Serrano Chile Peppers2 Limes0 To Taste Sea Salt4 Ripe Avocados0.25 Cup Fresh Cilantro1 Large MangoSoak onion in the juice of 2 limes for at least 1 hour. Strain, discard the juice and set onion aside. In a food processor, grind peppers, juice of 2 limes and seasoning until chunky. Add avocados, one at a time and process until creamy after each addition. Remove the mixture to a serving bowl, add onion, mango and cilantro and serve at room temperature.
