1 Tablespoon Honey0.25 Teaspoon Nutmeg2 Eggs1 Cup Water2 Cups Brown Sugar12 Unbaked Tart ShellsPreheat the oven to 400 degrees.In a pan, add sugar and water and cook till a light syrup is formed, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and keep aside to cool. Add honey, eggs and nutmeg and beat till well combined. Place mixture in each unbaked tart shell about 2/3 full. Bake for about 20 minutes.
