Coat a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside. In a stand mixer on high speed, add butter & sugars and beat until creamy. Add vanilla and salt and beat until well combined. On low speed, beat almond flour and all-purpose flour into the creamed butter until it forms a smooth dough. Divide dough into even halves and press one into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust. Wrap the other half in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
