0.5 Cup Sugar2 Tablespoons Cornstarch1 Pinch Salt3 Egg Yolks0.66 Cup Milk0.25 Cup Lemon Juice1 Tablespoon Lime Juice1.5 Teaspoons Lemon Zest0.5 Teaspoon Lime Zest1 Cup Whipping Cream0 Lime SlicesIn a bowl, add milk and egg yolks and beat until well combined.In a pan, add cornstarch, sugar, salt and milk mixture and stir to combine. Add citrus juices and beat until smooth. Place pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Stir in lemon and lime peel and remove from heat. keep aside to cool slightly. With a plastic wrap, cover the surface of the mousse and refrigerate until cooled completely. Remove from refrigerator and gently, fold in whipped cream. Transfer mousse into serving bowls and serve with the garnishing lime slices and extra lemon peel.
