2 Pounds Red Potatoes2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley0.66 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper2 Cloves Garlic0.5 Teaspoon White Sugar6 Slices Cooked Bacon4 ScallionsPreheat the grill over medium.
