Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Use a colander to drain and rinse well. Set aside. In a large bowl, add mayo & dressing and stir to combine. Fold in bell peppers, black-eyed peas, beans, corn, tomatoes, avocado & jalapenos. Toss until blended well. Gently fold in pasta until everything is incorporated.
