Applesauce CakePT50M Serves 8 Ingredients: 0.5 Cup Butter 1 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Cup Applesauce 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 0.25 Teaspoon Ground Cloves 0.5 Cup Golden Raisins 0.5 Cup Walnuts Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch pan with cooking spray. Cream butter with sugar and stir in applesauce. Beat again to mix well. Add baking soda, spices, and flour to the butter & sugar mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, and bake 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow the cake to cool slightly and serve warm.
