8 Ounces Crushed Pineapple3 Medium Firm Bananas0.25 Cup Walnuts3.5 Cups Chilled Eggnog8 Ounces Prepared Angel Food Cake10 Ounces Red Maraschino Cherries6 Ounces Green Maraschino Cherries7 Ounces Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix16 Ounces Whipped ToppingDrain pineapple, reserving juice in a bowl. Dip banana slices in pineapple juice evenly. Discard remaining juice. In a bowl, add eggnog and pudding mix packages and beat until mixture becomes slightly thick. In the bottom of a 4-quart trifle bowl, place half of pudding mixture and top with the layers of half of banana slices, pineapple, cherries, cake cubes and whipped topping. Repeat the layers once. Refrigerate before serving. Garnish with walnuts and reserved cherries and serve.
