3 Cups Elbow Macaroni3 Quarts Cold Water1 Teaspoon Salt0.25 Cup Carrot1 Cup Mayonnaise0.25 Cup Milk0.5 Pound Ham Steak10 Ounces Pineapple Chunks1 Medium Bunch Of Scallions1 Red Bell Pepper0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Teaspoon Sweet PaprikaIn a small stockpot over medium-high heat, bring water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Stir in macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Use a colander to drain pasta and rinse well. Set aside.In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, milk, pepper & remaining salt until combined. In a large bowl, transfer macaroni and stir in carrots, ham, pineapple, scallions & bell peppers. Add mayo mixture to macaroni mixture and stir well to combine. Cover bowl and refrigerate up to 3 hours to chill and to allow flavors to meld. Sprinkle the top with paprika and serve.
