1 Large Bunch Fresh Basil Leaves0.5 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil2 Cloves Garlic0.33 Cup Pine Nuts0.5 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan0.25 Teaspoon Kosher Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperIn the bowl of a food processor, add basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, salt & pepper. Pulse into a coarse mixture, about 5 times.On low speed, gradually drizzle oil into the mixture until just incorporated. Serve at once or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
