Smart Recipes, European Recipes, Vegetables,Other Recipes, Recipes Vegetables,Other European Mushroom And Roasted Garlic Bruschetta Mushroom And Roasted Garlic Bruschetta Recipe | PT40M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Medium French Baguette 0.25 Cup Olive Oil 6 Cloves Roasted Garlic 1 Clove Raw Garlic 1 Tablespoon Butter 6 Cups Button Mushrooms 1 Small Bunch Fresh Thyme Leaves 0.5 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 0.5 Teaspoon Sea Salt 0.125 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper 1 Small Lemon 1 Small Bunch Fresh Parsley Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a sheet pan with Sil-pat or parchment paper. Cut baguette into 12 even slices and arrange on the prepared sheet pan. Brush each slice generously with oil and bake until golden brown & crispy, about 10 minutes. Use raw garlic halves to rub on the surface of each bread slice. Set aside.
