10 Slices Of Bacon1 Pound Dry Navy Beans6 Cups Water1 Large Yellow Onion3 Medium Serrano Peppers4 Tablespoons Ketchup0.25 Cup Molasses0.66 Cup Brown Sugar0.25 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard0.5 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper0.125 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper0.25 Cup Fresh Parsley1 Large JalapenoSet slow cooker on low, add beans and water. Cover and cook for 8 hours.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place oven rack in middle position. Grease a 13x9-inch casserole dish with cooking spray. In a medium size frying pan, sauté bacon over medium heat until crispy brown. Transfer bacon to plate lined with paper towels. Add onion and minced peppers to the frying pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
