Smart Recipes, European Recipes, Dairy,Eggs Recipes, Recipes Dairy,Eggs European Triple Cheer Eggnog Triple Cheer Eggnog Recipe | PT20M Serves 8 Ingredients: 4 Large Eggs 0.75 Cup Granulated Sugar 1 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg 0.125 Teaspoon Ground Allspice 0.125 Teaspoon Ground Clove 0.5 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 0.25 Cup Grand Marnier 0.5 Cup High Quality Bourbon 1.5 Cups Whole Milk 1 Cup Heavy Cream In a blender, add eggs and mix for 1 minute. Add sugar, nutmeg, allspice, clove & cinnamon and blend to incorporate for about 30 seconds. Gradually add the liquors and blend another 30 seconds. Add milk & cream and blend for 1 minute more. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight. In 8 mugs or champagne flutes, add 1/2 cup eggnog and sprinkle with cinnamon & nutmeg.
