Ingredients:
30 Ounces Cannellini Beans2 Tablespoons Tahini1 Medium Lemon6 Cloves Roasted Garlic0.5 Teaspoon Ground Cumin0.25 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika4 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1 Small Bunch Fresh Basil Leaves0.5 Teaspoon Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Black PepperIn the bowl of a food processor, add beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, half the basil, paprika, salt & pepper. Pulse into a roughly-chopped mixture, about 2-3 times.
With the processor on puree setting, slowly drizzle in 3 tablespoons of oil and puree until the mixture is smooth.
Scoop hummus into a medium serving bowl and garnish with remaining basil and oil. Serve with pita chips, if desired.
