1 Pound Fresh Asparagus2 Zucchinis2 Yellow Squash1 Large Red Onion2 Red Bell Peppers0.5 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil0.25 Cup Red Wine Vinegar1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard1 Clove Garlic0.125 Teaspoon Salt & Ground Black PepperPreheat the grill to medium heat.
