0.5 Teaspoon Honey1 Cup Warm Water1 Packet Active Dry Yeast0.5 Teaspoon Salt1.5 Teaspoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil2.5 Cups Bread FlourIn a stand mixer with a dough hook, add honey & water and sprinkle in the yeast. Mix until blended and allow to set until yeast mixture is foamy, about 10 minutes. Mix in salt and 1/2 teaspoon oil. Add flour one cup at a time until combined.On a well-floured work surface, knead the dough until it is smooth & elastic, about 6 minutes. Form dough into a ball and coat it with remaining oil. In a large bowl, add the dough ball and cover with a kitchen towel. Place in a dry, warm place to rise for 1 hour.Use immediately or form into a disk and place in a resealable freezer bag for up to 3 months. To thaw, place sealed bag in a bowl of cold water for about 15 minutes.
