Ingredients:
1 Cup BulgurIn a pan, add bulgur and 1 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and with a fork, fluff bulgur before serving.Alternatively, soak bulgur in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water for about 10 minutes until fluffy. Fluff with the fork and serve.
