1 Pound Broccoli1 Pound Shredded Chicken1 Cup Cooked Jasmine Rice8 Ounces Sliced Water Chestnuts0.5 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt0.25 Cup Unsweetened Original Almond Milk1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder0.5 Teaspoon Garlic Salt0.125 Teaspoon Dried Thyme0.5 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1 Cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese2 Tablespoons Panko BreadcrumbsPreheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8x8 casserole dish.In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice, broccoli, water chestnuts, mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
