In a large skillet, add beef, onion, garlic, salt and black pepper over medium-high heat and cook until beef is browned. Drain grease from skillet. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and remove from heat. Keep aside to cool. After cooling, stir in 2 cups of cheese. Unfold 1 piecrust, and arrange onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread mustard over crust evenly. Place beef mixture in the center of crust, leaving about 2-inch edges. Now, cut the jack-o'-lantern face with remaining pie crust, and save the cutouts to use as stem of lantern. Then, carefully, place crust on top of the beef mixture. Trim the edges and fold inside for a finished look. Lastly make a stem from the leftover cutouts and place on top of the face. In a bowl, add sugar, 2 tablespoons of water, egg, and 1 drop each of red and yellow food coloring and beat till well combined. Coat the crust with egg mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and immediately, coat with egg mixture. Fill eyes, nose, and mouth with remaining 1 cup cheese. Bake for about 5-10 minutes.
