Black Bean Salad Recipe | P1DT20M Serves 4 Ingredients: 1.5 (15-Ounce) Cans Black Beans 2 Ears Fresh Cooked Corn 1.66 Red Bell Peppers 1.66 Cloves Garlic 1.66 Teaspoons Salt 0.125 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 1.66 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar 6 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil 0.66 Teaspoon Lime Zest 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice 0.33 Cup Fresh Cilantro 1.33 Hass Avocados In a large mixing bowl, add al thel ingredients except avocados and mix well. Refrigerate, covered overnight. Remove salad from refrigerator and keep aside to bring to room temperature. Add avocados and gently stir to combine. Serve immediately with the garnishing of extra cilantro.
