Ingredients:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 Teaspoon Baking Powder1 Teaspoon Baking Soda1 Teaspoon Salt1 Cup Vegetable Oil2 Cups Sugar1 Cup Buttermilk2 Eggs2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract1.5 Ounce Red Food Coloring1 Teaspoon White Distilled Vinegar0.5 Cup Brewed Coffee0 Coconut Cream Cheese FrostingPreheat the oven to 325 degrees. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven. Generously, grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round cake pans. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another large bowl, add vegetable oil and sugar and beat until well combined. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla extract and red food coloring and beat until well combined. Stir in vinegar and coffee. Slowly, add flour mixture, a little at a time and mix until just combined. Divide mixture into prepared pans evenly. Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and keep onto wire racks to cool for about 10 minutes. Carefully, invert warm cakes onto wire racks to cool completely. Frost the cake with coconut cream cheese frosting (Recipe Associated) and serve.
