7 Pounds Fresh Beef Brisket4 Teaspoons Seasoned Salt5 Teaspoons Flour0.5 Cup Ketchup0.5 Cup Chili Sauce1 Small Jar Prepared HorseradishPreheat the oven to 450 degrees. Arrange a rack in a large roasting pan.Season brisket with salt evenly. Then, coat brisket with flour evenly. Place brisket over the rack in the roasting pan. Roast for about 30 minutes.Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together ketchup, chili sauce and horseradish. Place sauce mixture over brisket and carefully, pour 1 cup boiling water in the bottom of roasting pan. Now, reduce the temperature of the oven to 350 degrees and roast for about 3 hours.
