Baked Pork ChopsPT1H10M Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons Ketchup 6 Pork Chops Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, add brown sugar, vegetable oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup and mix until well combined. In a medium baking dish, place pork chops. Spread half of the sauce over each chop evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes. Flip the chops and top with remaining sauce evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes more.
