6 Large Portobella Mushrooms0.25 Cup Olive Oil1 Tablespoon Butter1 Teaspoon Sea Salt0.5 Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper1 Small Bunch Fresh Thyme1 Tablespoon Balsamic VinegarPreheat grill to medium-high heat.Use a sharp knife to remove stems from mushrooms and arrange them on a large platter. Season with salt, pepper, & thyme. Brush generously with oil.Add 1 butter bit to inner side of each mushroom.
